Es wurde ein 20 PS starker DKW-Motor eingebaut. Mit dieser Maschine erreichte der 280 kg leichte Tiefdecker 130 km\/h im Horizontalflug. Sp\u00e4ter wurde der DKW-Motor gegen einen 16-PS-Motor ausgetauscht, was die Horizontalgeschwindigkeit auf 105 km\/h reduzierte.
